Q. What are the measurements of the different sacks?

A. Snack-sack  6”W x 4.5”H
    Sandwich-sack  7.5”W x 6”H
    Super-sack  9”W x 7.5”H

Q. How do you care for happy-sacks?

A. It’s anything goes when it comes to washing your happy-sacks! They can be machine washed and dried, washed in the dishwasher, or simply rinsed with water and air dried. As with anything that gets washed, they will last longer with hand washing and air drying, but they are quite durable any way you wash them!

Q. Does happy-sacks offer volume discounts?

A.  Yes! The discounts are as follows: 12-23 sacks receive a 10% discount, 24-47 sacks receive a 15% discount, and 48 or more sacks receive a 20% discount. The sacks can be ordered in any combination of sizes, and the discounts are built in to the online shopping cart system. Folks interested in placing larger orders (for groups or co-ops) can also feel free to call us.

Q.  What are happy-sacks lined with?

A.  The lining material is coated nylon. We chose this fabric to get away from our original lining, which was PVC.  In our research, we read that polyurethane is preferable to PVC when it comes to environmental impact. The polyurethane coating is very thin, and is applied to the underside of the nylon, so it doesn’t actually come into contact with the food.
